We believe that sustainable building starts with thoughtful architectural design and is bolstered by quality materials and craftsmanship.

Our role is to honour the architectural spirit of each project through a focus on details and enduring quality.

Neill MacInnis

Neill is a 4th-generation carpenter who began working in the trades while still in high school. He took a brief detour to study philosophy at Dalhousie University, after which he returned to carpentry, eventually completing his apprenticeship and earning a Red Seal designation in the trade. Neill worked as a project manager for architecturally focused residential construction firms in the Greater Toronto Area, an experience that ultimately inspired him to revive the MacInnis Construction name—a business originally started by his father—and build a firm dedicated to creating architecturally relevant buildings.

His other passions are his family including two sons Billy and Hank, sports including hockey and boxing, and a continued passion for philosophy.
